At the same time, due to the action of high temperature under high pressure, the conveyor belt is not easily connected using synthetic materials, and its material is “fused” at the junction, forming a continuous surface.
Today, hot vulcanization is the best quality technology for joining tapes, providing the strength of the joint only 20 % less than the strength of the transporting tape itself.
